COURSES DESCRIPTION
With Microsoft Teams, employees can effectively switch between multiple communication methods, such as video conferencing calls, instant messaging, real-time document collaboration and file sharing, all in one tool. While Microsoft Teams is user-friendly and simple to use, it has many features to discover. Teams has dozens of possible uses, but, without a user strategy and a practical, accessible training program, the "do-it-yourself" approach can be perilous and have a serious impact on employee productivity. Microsoft Teams should not be seen as a another solution that IT managers simply implement, but as a solution that will simplify employees’ lives and facilitate teamwork and collaboration.
